Mother's Day , Loved it. Mango Margarita, Queso dip very delicious. Ate to much on the appetizers before eating my Chimichanga combo. Had a great time with the Ladies

We love El Caporal! I have always ordered takeout and the food will never disappoint. My favorites are camarones a la diabla and the fish tacos. Their pricing is great for the quantity of food. I’ve heard that they have been in Maple Valley for a long time and I can clearly see why they’re a local favorite :)

This is a great place! I ordered the chicken fajitas, the portions were huge and super tasty. The chicken was so good along with all the other ingredients. Great flavor! The service was wonderful. Everyone was very attentive and kind. I recommend to anyone looking for a dine in mexican food restaurant.

El Caporal's salsa is so good, I'd marry it if I could. It's like a flavor bomb just waiting to blow my taste buds to kingdom come (and take my diet with it). The service is , the food is , and the atmosphere is... well, let's just say I'm pretty sure I saw a family of mice having a rave in the corner due to the lack of lighting. But honestly, who needs light when you've got salsa this divine? I'd eat it in the dark, in a storm, while being attacked by a swarm of bees. If you're a salsa enthusiast, a glutton for punishment, or just someone who enjoys potentially tripping over a chair and face-planting into a plate of nachos, El Caporal is the place for you. 10/10 would recommend.

Always loved coming here and this time I remember to leave a review. Came to show a friend this place and he was loving it. The margaritas that he ordered, although classic he absolutely loved it! We all shared a shredded beef nachos and the fajitas for you (with chicken, shrimp, steak). All were wonderfully delicious! The pico and guacamole was amazing! Wonderful service, delicious food. Always recommend visitors to come here for mexican food as they always deliver!

The staff here is always amazing. The food is awesome. I always get the enchiladas with chicken. The pricing is very fair. The portions are always on the bigger side. I can never remember the name of our server but she knows us and takes really good care of us every time. She even tolerates my attempts at practicing my high school Spanish.

This is my favorite restaurant period! I could eat here many times a.week! Best food and service around for miles and miles. I recommend this place all day long! Thank you guys for the best place to eat!
